![]() How to change this and make your desktop a lot more useful? This is exactly what this article teaches you. Not only this, the new shortcuts that you get from the various programs installed on your system often get registered under the default view and are thus not necessarily ideal for your usage. Thanks for creating it.You may have heard that there is such a thing as a 7+ Taskbar Tweaker but don't know what it does? If you have Vista or any later version of Windows, you will find that the task bar gets filled up with a lot more applications than your display can handle. PS: Great tool, BTW, of course, even without Quick Launch included. ![]() If that’s not possible, or until it happens, does anybody know a shorter method, maybe an application to at least put it back on the Taskbar or some drag and drop action, or something? (I’ve just copied the folder and saved it to a flash drive, but as its location is buried pretty deep, the manual method seems far more memorable, at least for right now. I only have a shared and admin locked and I’m trying to shorten the time to “correct” the settings which currently mean having to do it all manually - copying the string from online, unlocking, selecting New Toolbar, pasting, moving it to the left, getting rid of Titles and whatever that other setting is, and ugh! See what a pain it is just to type/read it? ![]() ![]() I really don’t know why that wasn’t included already as it seems such a major part and its elimination in Windows 7 particularly reviled. Speaking of the Quick Launch ( ), if any update to Taskbar Tweaker included a simple checkbox or two to put it back on the Taskbar in Windows 7, it would be pretty much perfect. ![]()
